Dr. Bode is a former “Teaching Physician of the Year” received from the Duluth Family Practice Residency Program in 2003. He is also a former Mercy Hospital Chief of Staff and Gateway Physician Medical Director. He is currently on the Integrity Health board of medical directors helping shape physicians’ quality goals. He brings over 25 years of quality medical care experience and patient advocacy.
Faith Manty, APRN is a Moose Lake, MN native with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Her experience in family practice, urgent care and diabetic education is valuable to the patients and staff at Cromwell Medical Clinic. She excels at delivering quality health care with confidence and compassion to patients of all ages.
Faith has earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and nursing, and a master’s degree in nursing, both from the College of Scholastica, Duluth. Faith enjoys traveling as well as spending time with family.
